Sherri Hill’s spring 2012 runway sparkled with her latest evening wear collection. Hill is known the world over for her stunning evening gowns. Recently, the celebrated designer included two white cocktail dresses worth of some attention. The first was worn by popular television personality and model in training, Kendall Jenner. The leggy Kardashian half-sister is following her dreams of being a professional model and looked gorgeous in the embroidered strapless white cocktail dress with feathered skirt. Next, walking the runway for Sherri Hill in a strapless mini dress with a tulle skirt and jewel encrusted bodice is Cassidy Gifford, Katy Lee Gifford’s daughter (from the Live with Regis and Kathy Lee days). Kendall and Cassidy are representing for the new generation of celebrity offspring very nicely.

The Marchesa Spring/Summer 2012 bridal collection was as enchanting as ever with elegant white cocktail dresses for every woman. We’ve chosen three of the more youthful designs that we loved from the show. First we were smitten with the lovely layered lace and tulle shift dress with belted waist and lace neckline on the far left. Next, we absolutely loved the pictured strapless silk layered mini dress with floral accent. It’s as if one piece of beautiful silk is wrapped around the models frame and rolled into a beautiful flower. Last but certainly not least, we admired the above strapless lace knee length shift dress with a flirty accented waist.

If you’re looking for something a little more of the beaten path, we suggest trying something a little more daring from the Emilio Pucci Spring 2012 Collection. The Pucci line is better known for provocative mini dress designs, but the new collection has a lot of floor length designs with white print. From left to right we see a trending two piece design with waist fitted oversized print skirt and short sleeve crop top. Also featured on the runway was a sheer print long sleeve body dress. Not so appropriate for a black tie affair, but still cute nonetheless is another two piece design with a lace multitier floor length tube skirt and a lace embroidered strappy crop top. Last pictured is an Emilio Pucci wedding gown inspired design with long sleeves and plus size cocktail dress with bowtie bust.
